L Plus H 是一間堅持百分百香港製造的高級毛衣公司。
香港製衣業在八十年代由盛轉衰，隨著工廠北移，大批工人被迫放棄自己的熟手工藝，轉投其他行業。
2009年，L Plus H 於屯門開設廠房，讓一群曾經被社會遺忘的技術工人重回他們的專業領域，並引入現代化管理模式，為香港製衣業注入動力。現時，我們僱用了80名毛衣工匠及師傅。
由於L Plus H的客源來自世界各地，我們的產品質素必須達至世界級水準方能在與各國毛衣廠的競爭中脫穎而出。雖然每位工匠都已擁有二十多年的製造毛衣經驗，他們仍不斷地提升自己的技能，以迎合客人的要求。
在L Plus H工作，員工不單能發揮所長，更建立了一份自我價值觀及尊嚴，重新建立百份百香港製造的精神。
